Ep. 71 - What is a Bedroom? And… Cash or Financing?
In various episodes of Real Estate Finder, we discuss what makes a bedroom? A window? A door? A closet?
Or is there more?
If a bedroom is inside a bedroom, is it still a bedroom? What say you?
We had a busy weekend and went under contract on two properties. One of them stated in the MLS that a credit would be issued towards turning a loft space into a 4th bedroom. It’s a smart move because it’s better to market a 3 bedroom with a loft and a credit towards altering the loft than disappoint buyers who expect a 4th bedroom.
