What veggie snacks (besides dipping raw ones) do you recommend?
Any suggestions for things to use as weights while working out at home?
What do you suggest for vitamins we should be taking daily?
What are some ways to cope and/or destress that aren’t eating or drinking?
Is there such a thing as “mindful binge”? Like day/meal etc. “off”?
