This meditation was created for black women and all women of color. We need this. The racial injustices in our society and countless murders of black people has a way of making us feel like we aren’t seen, protected, heard or respected. This sad reality perpetuates the narrative that we are not valued and loved. Today I want to guide you and myself with healing words of affirmation.
