Honest Sharing is a simple but structured practice that allows us to separate ourselves from our thoughts, sensations, and emotions. The key is to express without analysis, judgment, or conversation. The structure goes like this:
💭 In my mind, there is the thought that...
🧘 In my body, there is the sensation of...
💡 I feel (anger, joy, sadness, or fear).
This can be done alone (e.g., in the shower) or with someone trusted. The goal is not to comment on or analyze what is said, but to allow full expression for the sake of expression—a simple yet profound way to release what’s stuck.
