It's the first in a series of in-person recordings we made this summer in Chicago, and we're talking with the Queen of the Blue Demons herself - Dr. Martine Kei Green-Rogers - dramaturg and dean of The Theatre School at DePaul University (formerly the Goodman School of Drama). She's bringing the 2000 album Stankonia by Outkast before the tribunal, though her musical taste and knowledge goes far beyond the Atlanta hip-hop duo.
