When you realise you’ve outgrown where you’ve been and there’s no going back! The universe is highlighting people, situations, circumstances, environments that you’re starting to question. The end of a cycle is becoming more prominent.

Maybe you’ve felt it lately, the pull between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming. The part of you that knows she’s meant for more, but still feels afraid to be seen, to make changes, or to chase her dreams.

I share some real, personal stories and insights from my own life and from the women I work with. Those moments of awakening where what was once familiar just doesn’t fit anymore. Because if we truly want to grow, to reach our goals and live in alignment with our purpose, we have to let the true us be seen.
