How do you make the most out of your practice?  How do you get yourself ready for the big game, the big concert, the big speech, the big presentation at work?  Can you provide your mind with scenarios that allow you to feel comfortable in situations, even if your only experience is in your imagination?

Your mind is a fascinating and powerful tool to help you accomplish any endeavor.  You can train yourself through direct bodily experience, such as practice and repetition, but additionally you can use visualization to train yourself through the power of imagination.

Zach takes the lead this week and talks about how to leverage your mind to get the most out of any situation through three types of visualization —  Situational, Meditated, and Guided —  and discusses how they work and what they can do for you.  

When accompanied by dedicated practice and study, visualization can be an effective tool to help you see and achieve your goals in sports, music, school, business, and in life in general.
