In this full-length live class we will side stretch, twist, and sweat our way into revolved half moon and…bound revolved half moon. Oh, and along the way, we'll do some side planks! Although the sequence and the peak pose may seem daunting, we will work our way into it incrementally and at a sane pace. The entire experience will be an invitation to feel into the experience of embodiment to calm and steady the mind. (64 minutes/Intermediate)
