I know a dark secret about the entire health industry, pertaining to nutrition, fitness, and life in general... and especially to men, and even more so to men over 35 years old. The industry is telling you to use supplements, go to the gym 3-4 times per week, and throw around a bunch of weights. The problem is, if that worked, you would be doing that already. What you're not realizing is, the reason you're overweight and you feel like crap is your habits. I believe the cards are stacked against you. Today I'll tell you why and what you can do about it.
