In 1996, Shub Bhowmick completed his B.Tech. in chemical engineering from IIT-BHU and later pursued his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Throughout his career, he worked with a number of companies, including Infosys, Motif, Mu Sigma, inVentic Health, American Express, and Liberty Advisor Group, before co-founding Tredence in February 2013.
