  • Narcissist come into your life to teach you self-worth/ self- value.
  • How long you gonna let someone play you/ play with you?
  • They intentionally try to make your dreams/ ideas small. No interest in you.
  • How they treat you is EVERYTHING to do with THEM, not YOU.
  • Through your many rejections, they will show you you can’t get it right.
  • Do not take Dark Energy lightly. Separate yourself ASAP. Protect your energy.
  • They told you you were too much and you believed them. Why?
  • Are you forcing the connection from your own pride & ego?
  • You have NOTHING to PROVE to the Narcissist. They really don’t care.
  • Stop thinking that Toxic Love is cute; it’s not, it’s Potentially Life Threatening/ DEADLY.
  • Beware of petty, taunting energy (Aries childish aggressive behavior)
  • False sense of Intimacy in order to withdraw YOUR secrets/ pain points
  • Did you give your Narcissist your Cheat Codes to break you down?

  • Asserting yourself to the Narcissist to take your power back
  • Are you choosing violence or choosing peace?
  • Everyone not gonna like you! Your light is gonna piss some people off!
  • Don’t let your need to be loved/ liked keep you entangled with a Narcissist.
  • Narcissists actually hate themselves, which is why they hate/ hate on others.
  • They will never acknowledge how they benefitted from you.
  • Try not to pity the Narcissist when you know you need to leave. Their problem.

  • Only putting yourself in undeniable good energy spaces. Intentionally.
  • Listen to your body and honor your intuition/ inner voice
  • Stop explaining yourself to Narcissists. They aren’t listening to you. For real.
  • Stop allowing people to KEEP TAKING FROM YOU. Value yourself more
  • Release them in Forgiveness and choose yourself. It’s about YOU now.
