A survey completed in 2019 by CDC stated that 1 in 12 high school students experienced physical and sexual violence in their relationship. Saying no or not wanting to be with someone should not lead to violence. Individuals shouldn't immediately turn to violence because something did not go their way. It should not end with someone being murdered. This is the tragic case of Sabrina Herrera.
