Ladies we know how imperative boundaries are when it comes to protecting our peace, our sanity and mental health, & our energy. Reality is though that sometimes we fall back...sometimes we get in a comfort zone and don't understand that you have to continually update your boundaries to stay on top of these things. If you find yourself falling back it bit, it's ok....get back up on your bullsh**...he back to the hard work that it takes to reestablish your boundaries.
