Andre Morris is a Nickel Safeties Coach at Air Force. Andre had served in the military and once he was out, he decided to pursue football coaching. Andre talks to Shaun about his time with the Buffalo Bills as part of NFL's minority internship program, the differences he observed between coaching practices in college football and in the NFL, and what influences a coach's decision to stay in this career path.
