Patrick Covington is currently the Offensive Coordinator at Lamar University. Before landing at Lamar, Patrick coached the offensive line for Costal Carolina and the Air Force Academy. Tre Lamb serves as the head football coach at Gardner-Webb University. Football coaching is deeply ingrained in his family. His grandfather, uncle, and dad were all football coaches and were big influences in his life. Before Gardner-Webb, Lamb was the Quarterback Coach at Tennessee Tech and later became Offensive Coordinator. His strong showing in that role earned him his current head coaching job. Coach Lamb discusses what it's like to be a young head coach, leading and setting an example of work/life balance, differences he has noticed transitioning from offensive coordinator to head coach, and who his mentors have been along the way.

Matt is currently the Associate Head Coach / Defensive Line Coach at UTEP. His coaching background includes Emporia State, Wyoming, North Alabama, Akron, Air Force, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Charlotte and now currently UTEP. Ted Rath is the Vice President Of Player Performance with the Philadelphia Eagles. Starting in the high school ranks, Rath eventually returned to his alma mater, University of Toledo, where he spent two years learning as a GA and Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning. He then made the jump to the NFL level, where he has spent time with four different franchises. Rath discusses his development in understanding strength and conditioning, as well as nutrition. He also shares impactful moments and lessons from his career as he moved up through each level.

Before Sean made it to UTM, he served as a Cornerbacks Coach at Davidson, Tight Ends Coach at James Madison, Offensive Quality Control Assistant at Indiana University, and a Special Teams Coordinator at Ohio State. With all of these various positions, Sean has spent a lot of time around different coaches and talks about how coaches learn techniques from each other. He also gives advice to new coaches and some key takeaways he has learned in his career up to this point.

Chad Staggs is the defensive coordinator at Coastal Carolina. His original goal was to just be a math teacher and coach high school, but then he had the opportunity to coach at the college level and took it.
