Keeping It 100 Radio: Uncensored Diabetes Conversations

EP 8: BEHIND THE SCENES with the Keeping it 100 Team: Why diabetes doesn't actually thrive off of routine

Listen Later

We see it all the time. New diets and trends - low carb, plant based, high carb - low fat, #75Hard workout programs, you name it. All of which were not designed to support the woman's body. The linear, checklist approach to diabetes management is actually more damaging for women who want to gain predictability in their blood sugars and work with their body.

Inside this episode, I sit down with my co-coaches Jessica Hrdlicka (RD/CDE) and Valeria Garcia (Women's Wellness Coach) and discuss why our diabetes management doesn't actually thrive off of routine and how our approach has created a groundbreaking space for our clients.
