Habits can often be the key to our success when it comes to our health and fitness goals. Sometimes we don't even realise that something we do on autopilot is a habit. How do we form them? How can they be changed? and just how difficult is it to change them? Maybe you have been thinking recently about changing a habit, or a series of habits that you have, but don't really know how to go about it. In this episode I provide you with a few tips and hints for identifying habits and how to go about changing them to habits that are more in line with your goals.
