Today Liz explains to Lez how to train our brains to think positively - through quick, easy, regular moments of gratitude - and why it's so important. Forgive the wind in this ep, we recorded at our local swimming pool and whilst it's heaven to hear the birds, we forgot about the sensitive microphone picking up cars, wind etc. Oh well. Done is better than perfect right?
