Happy New Year everyone. Or is it?
If you can relate to the societal pressure of having to reinvent yourself every January, take the foot off the pedal a bit. Fair enough it’s a new year, but the need to be a brand new you is a utopian dream. Shouldn’t we instead be happy that we survived another year? We’re still here. We’re still alive, and hopefully well. Not all get so lucky.
