This episode was created for the purpose of sharing my work environment experiences being a single mom and how overwhelming it can be balancing it. With that being said its no secret that adulthood consist of making income to survive. 

Over the years I've learned that you work environments can also be your village being a single mom. The reason I say this is because when you communicate effectively and have a game plan and it doesn't affect any productivity your work environment can also be your support system , because with out their team they couldn't operate without us. Yes they can hire new staff to replace you, but do you think they want to start that process all over again an loose a good employee, no, they do not. So with this episode I am sharing my experience being a working single mom.
