Eric Ward was the sound healing practitioner that led me through my first sound bath experience. I was immediately captivated by the vibrations, frequencies and feelings that the journey introduced me to. At the time, I had no inclination that I would want to eventually get into sound healing myself, but I was intrigued enough to start asking questions. In this episode I bring Eric on to discuss sound healing in general, his first experience and some of the paths that his journey of life has taken him. Eric and I now offer free monthly public sound healings at the Institute of Healing Arts in Lindon, Utah. When we play together, it's a powerful weaving of energy and vibration, and likewise, we carry that synchronization into this interview.
