Before the major shifts in my awakening, I was searching for something. What this something was, I did not know. The feeling inside me was seeking for deeper understanding and a stronger connection with God and the Universe, yet doing everything that “I was told to do” never led to this feeling being satiated. I was looking outside the Self for answers.. Yet the true understanding lied within. Soon after one of my first major shifts in my awakening I began to move into the dark night of the soul. This experience can be traumatic in itself, but it’s actually the reversing of large parts of the trauma we have held for most of our lives. While treading the winepress in despair, I was given this lovely song which helped anchor me through the hard times. Heaven is Here by MC Yogi was a little gift to me from the Universe in helping me move through the difficult times. In this episode, I break down the song, the lyrics and meanings and how it relates to the path of realization and becoming your true authentic Self.
The world is rapidly changing. You may find yourself questioning a lot of your own beliefs, or what you see going on in society, both at large, and within your close relationships. This is by design. Humanity is truly on the precipice of the collapse of falseness into a new world, but it's going to take a lot of effort to get us over this hump! So where does it start?—YOU! Each and every one of us that desires to align with this new reality must awaken into the power of the self. No longer be swayed by the lies and manipulation that surround you. To truly awaken is to put yourself first. In this episode I talk about the signs of awakening, but I first set the stage of what it is your awakening to. We must learn to recognize our own enslavement before we can become free. Jesus said, "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free." What is this truth? It is the knowledge of the power that lies within. Join me in this episode as I lay out how to see the illusions around you and step into your power.
Little did I know when I started working at Hemplucid in October of 2019, just how radically my life would shift in just a few short weeks. Among the people that supported me during this time, and who became a great influence and dear friend to me, was co-founder of Hemplucid, Talyn Stratton. Talyn is a woman who is beautifully stepping into her own power and authenticity, and there is a lot that can be learned from her wisdom. In this episode, Talyn and I dive in to a slew of topics including ETs (non-terrestrials), programming, the present moment, true spiritual practice, the mystery of life, being authentic, sexuality, and pornography among many others. We also discuss the importance of finding a solid community of support during your journey of finding your authentic self. Join me on this fun and solid episode as we discuss a wide variety of topics around life and spirituality.
I never fully considered, at the time I moved on to the path of self realization, some of the new and amazing experiences that would be waiting for me. Starting out is really intimidating and somewhat frightful, but here I am interviewing my first psychic. Really, the energy that a psychic taps into is no different than any of the energy work I’ve spoken about on my podcast, it’s just another label for another modality. Energy is all the same, and how one person interprets it compared to another is what assembles the beauty and diversity of all of creation. In this episode I interview Debbie, an energy intuitive whom I met at the Dr. Joe Dispenza weeklong advanced workshop back in mid-July. Upon meeting, I was immediately fascinated by her. She is such a light and has so much experience and wisdom to share. Debbie had her own awakening in her late 40’s (it’s never too late to make a change in your life), and as she shifted and began to follow her intuition about who she really is, she was led to energy work. Specifically, Debbie is gifted in interpreting energy and works primarily as a Foot Zoner. She is also a trained Reiki Master and Quantum Touch Practitioner (muscle testing). She uses her gifts of insight while interacting with one’s energy to help find useful information about one’s life. This isn’t fortune telling, this is about finding what is blocking the flow of your energy (locked emotions and limiting beliefs) and helping you unlock your most authentic self. Debbie and I talk about a number of interesting subjects around her work, so you won’t want to miss this episode.
[Debbie] Just a few weeks ago, one of my clients Mel, came in and his father came through, but his father’s alive, and I asked him if there were addictions in his family of his—his father was an alcoholic… So, I saw a lot of alcoholism, and he said, yes, you've really hit that point on. And we were almost finished with the zone and my chest started hurting really, really bad. And I asked him, if his dad had heart problems, he said, no. And I almost had to stop, because it was so painful. I just said, the words almost came out and said, ”I'm sorry, but we have to stop this right now, I'm not not feeling well.” And then I had this sense of peace come over me and I just told him… I said, you might want to check in with your father and just see if he's doing okay, because I feel like there's something with his heart. The pain instantly went away and I got this download of tingling healing, —my heart just felt so expansive. The next day, his wife messaged me and said his dad had had a heart attack. [Britton] So you were literally tapping into the heart attack. [Debbie] It’s a real awareness of how we are so connected, and I was that conduit.

What does quantum physics have to do with spirituality, manifesting, and consciousness? Well, just about everything, actually. In this episode, as I prepare for a weeklong workshop with Dr. Joe Dispenza, I share his absolutely ground-breaking research, and how his work of 15+ years is mating the fields of quantum physics with the teachings of spiritual evolution taught by the sages of all times, including Jesus. This episode is going to both expand and break your mind with so much information you might need to relisten to it in order to grasp it all. If you’ve wanted to know the science behind what makes old habits so hard to break, or just how the law of attraction works, or maybe how you can take hold of your epigenetics and unlock biology to begin to see reality in a new way, then this is the episode for you. Buckle-up, it’s going to be wild.
Shadow work is sometimes misunderstood; the other term for it is healing. That's right, shadow work is, in fact, healing. Did you think healing would be easy? In this episode, I dive into the difficult reality of doing shadow work. Because facing our past can be ugly and hard and difficult. Healing often involves lots of emotional work, crying, releasing, unlearning, and reprogramming our perception about past events that shape our current mindsets. It's about loving, accepting and giving up victim narratives about ourselves. It’s about owning our own shit, living in the present (not past or future), and forgiving ourselves and those that “hurt” us. I also talk about the ineffective spiritual practice of “overcoming,” which is actually a form of spiritual bypassing. Lastly, I end the episode by expounding the promise/prophecy of Malachi found in the Bible, something you’ll want to hear.
In this episode, I interview Celeste Davis, who, over the last five or so years, has had a number of experiences that opened her eyes to see more than the limited perspectives of God and love that her religion had to offer. Celeste shares one of her awakening experiences that occurred while in a meditation group where she discovered Big Love, or the true, unbounded love that exists within all of us. Celeste and I talk spiritual books, spiritual philosophy, the fear that stops us from changing, and several other topics related to faith transition in this fun and impactful episode.
Having the courage (and audacity) to live our lives authentically to our core is not easy to muster up. We feel so blocked by family, friends, cultural and societal pressures, we cower and hide in the shadows of other's expectations of who we ought to be. We fear what they might think, what God might think. Yet, this type of living is living based in fear. In this episode I discuss a number of possible attitudes we can adopt to aid us in this most important journey of self discovery. Questing everything, a willingness to shed old beliefs, releasing a fear-based decision mentality, sitting in silence, feeling comfortable in our own skin, loving our dark side, letting go of judgement, etc. I also outline several of the pitfalls that we might find ourselves in that distract us from the journey and continue to hedge-up its way.
Does the spiritual principle of faith actually apply in a nonreligious context? I believe faith is a very widely misunderstood concept, and through the teachings of religion, it is mostly misapplied. In religion, the power of faith is removed from the individual Self, and redirected towards someone else that knows more, says more, does more, promises more, or has some authority we do not. As I explore faith, I compare it to the concept of manifesting; I believe these two principles are really the same thing. Faith is the actuation of our core beliefs that produce our reality. When we change our core beliefs, we change our reality. There is so much more available to us if we expand our minds and consciousness by exercising faith in what possibilities exist, and what may be waiting for us just around the corner.
Gaining the courage to live your truth can be very, very difficult, even in the face or oppression. In this episode, I interview Sabrina Smith, who runs a podcast herself called "Exmormon Bookclub". Sabrina was a bi-sexual Mormon that lived in fear or her true identity from the age of ten all the way into her thirties. Her story paints the extreme conflict and mental dissonance one can live with due to the fear of rejection we face from abandoning the cultural conditionings we are raised with.
