How many times a day to we say we are fine and we really are not even close. Stress happens. Stress exists. Stress STINKS, but we can not ignore the fact that it is there. Join me and know yes it is okay to feel stress. Yes, it is okay to 100% not understand it, BUT it is not okay to just bottle it up and say you're fine.
