Cassandra Ledman is an educator, clinician, clinical exercise physiologist by trade, health and fitness enthusiast, avid runner, wife, and mother of 2 crazy young boys.

She is currently working as Clinical Assistant Professor of Health and Kinesiology at Purdue University, where she has the privilege of providing didactic and experiential education to future young professionals in various kinesiology degree tracks.   Cassi has a lifelong passion for helping others establish healthy lifestyles, and as a clinician is particularly specialized in consultations, assessments, exercise prescription and coaching of populations with chronic conditions (especially cardiovascular and metabolic diseases).  Cassi also truly values her roles and involvement with professional organizations ACSM, CEPA, and WellCoaches.  Balancing professional and personal life is a skill she is determined to master.
