In 1944, George Stinney Jr went down in history as the youngest person to ever be put to death at the age of 14. In a span of just 83 days, he had been charged with murder, tried, convicted, and executed by the state. 70 years later, he was finally exonerated. Injustice comes in many forms. This is certainly among the most upsetting.
