Hey everyone! In this week's episode, we are talking ALL ABOUT being triggered. I feel like in this world today there's plenty of triggered to go around and then some, ESPECIALLY with social media, which allows everyone and their mother broadcast their opinion out to the world! Recently, I've been learning a lot about how to handle my anger/frustrations in ways that honor God and build up the world around me. It's definitely not an easy thing to tackle, but I tried my best to break down some principles and experiences that have been helping me in this area within the past few weeks.
