Today, I'm sharing my take on calories as a dietitian and someone who has struggled with mindful eating, because it's not just about the science, but also how your mindset will be impacted by your relationship with food and your body.

 

We want to get healthy in a HEALTHY way, and I hope this episode will clarify calorie counting, and the different ways we can be more mindful of our food intake. Enjoy!
