Ep 81 Time to have a hard look at yourself & confront your ‘Shadow Self’

Listen Later

This episode is an invitation to get radically honest with yourself.

We talk a lot about healing, growth and becoming our best selves, but often the parts of us that hold the most power are the ones we try to hide, suppress, or avoid. Your shadow self isn’t something to fear… it’s something to understand.

In this episode, I break down:
✨ what your shadow self really is
✨ how it shows up in everyday life
✨ how to recognise unconscious patterns and self-sabotage
✨ how to work with, heal and integrate your shadow
✨ how embracing all parts of yourself reduces inner conflict
✨ and how your shadow can be transformed into wholeness, strength and clarity

I also share personal experiences and lessons I learned the hard way as I was reflecting on the end of 2025 and this past 9 year cycle. Challenges, struggles and moments where I had to take a long, uncomfortable look at myself and recognise how I was unconsciously holding myself back.

Most of your authentic self lives in the parts you’ve been taught to shut down. Maybe it’s deemed socially undesirable, a secret desire, conflicts with your self image or perceived as dark. When you bring all of yourself to the surface — light and shadow — you stop fighting who you are and start living in alignment. You achieve a ‘wholeness!’

Shadow work isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about coming home to yourself — whole, honest, and empowered.

Sending you all so much love and light angels xxx
