They can put us into thought spirals, they can create negative thought patterns, they can make us feel depressed, anxious, angry. The thing is, sometimes these emotions become so BIG that we need a way to bring ourselves back to center.

In today's episode we discuss why this matters and how you can start handling your emotions with more control, rather than letting your emotions control you.
