This live class is focused on upper body strength and mobility and learning to use both the pushing and pulling muscles of the arms and shoulders. We will do a series of lat pull-downs and external rotator strengtheners to prime ourselves for the precise shoulder actions needed for chaturanga and eka pada galavanana/flying pigeon pose. But, no worries, it's not all technical. We'll have a full and strong flow. (60 minutes/All levels)
