Working with good intentions allows you to focus on who you are, what you have, recognize and embody your values, and boost your morale. Pure Intentions provide you with a sense of direction as well inspiration and drive to achieve your goals. Yoni puts his community first with the mindset that it isn't always about making money, it's about living out your purpose and finding fulfillment out of it.
A Key To Effective Scaling
A company that does not delegate will have a difficult time scaling. Delegation is essential for a company's success. Coming together as a team may assist individuals to focus on what they're excellent at, resulting in more efficient and successful task results.
Being able to trust your whole staff as a CEO is already a sign of good delegation. Allowing people to be themselves and do what they are most comfortable with will result in high-quality work.
