Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz peach schnapps
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz honey syrup
• 2 oz chilled Prosecco or Champagne
• Dash of orange bitters
• Garnish: Orange twist
