Ep. 87 – Heart Massage Flow

In this flow, we will ride the wave of breath. We'll go through salutations, standing postures, and backbends whilst feeling the natural movement of diaphragms that massage our internal organs and, most especially, our hearts. There will be some breath-based play into crow pose and handstand to build some heat. Along the way we will stretch and self-massage the chest to allow deeper feeling and expansion of breath. Props needed: Bolster, Blanket, Eye Bag – although you can make do without them.(60 minutes/All levels)
