Gladys is what I call my shadow side.

She can be bitchy, grumpy, irritated, judgmental and just a pain in the ass.

I'm learning to live with her and identify when she's taken the wheel. More often than I'd like to admit.

As we explore our shadow side through intentionality and curiosity, we just might come out the other side a better person.
