Okay, so today's another topic I have wanted to talk about for a long time: namely what do other people represent in our lives. I'm talking about the challenging ones in particular today...you know, the ones that seem to always be pushing the right buttons?! I realised there was a little bit of a pattern here in my own behaviour...I kept attracting the same problems, just through different people. It was only I realised it was my vibe, my mindset, my thoughts and actions that were keeping this pattern stuck...and so I was able to change it!

In this episode I share how I TRY(!) to be curious about other people, keep an open mind and be open to learn from anyone. Literally anyone can be a teacher! This is not only more interesting (as you try to figure out why someone's in your life) but also you learn so much about yourself in the process. I hope you enjoy this episode as this is - again - one of those things that has been a gamechanger for me.
