Physical fitness is health and wellness, eating right and working on all areas of self. The more you focus on your inner self, the easier it is to obtain outer health. This thing is a process. A marathon if you will. You are going to have tough days but you have to remain persistent. I say to figure out your why and use that as your motivation to achieve your goal. Exercise and eating right helps your outer man align with your inner man. 

This week the conversation is centered around health, wellness and the process of falling in love with yourself. I talk about my journey towards physical fitness, how I dug deep to learn the reasons for my destructive habits and how I am currently handling this journey. It ain't always easy, but I do set up space for myself so that I can rest, recharge and keep going.
