We continue the study of the psychological study of the liberation and individuation of the Black Mind. Today, we conclude the book review "Breaking the Chains of Psychological Slavery" by Dr. Na'im Akbar. In this episode we look at the section of this phenomenal book at how the scars of slavery can be passed down generationally and still have an impact on the social and mental life of African Americans. This segment looks at ways to strategies to break chains of mental slavery and how to heal from negative impact of slavery. Our hope is to be social activists in reframing the Black mind to obtain healing and wholeness.
