This episode on friendship is a brief synopsis of the relationships I have now vs those that I have had in the past. As a recovered people pleaser, I have strengthened over time to be my authentic self.

I was not able to be strong in who I am until I went through harder friendships, different phases of life, and had been vulnerable with people. I had to go through different friendships to understand the values that which I so desired, actually would be something I had to implement in my own self, before I could find those types of friendships around me. Friendships and those you surround yourself with shape the way you are as a person. Finding supportive, loyal, and kind friendships is such a great treasure.

Romans 12:15 " Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those that mourn."

Finding friendships that foster a healthy and healing environment are a hidden gem. I hope that everyone gets to experience the type of love that is surrounded in Godly friendships. Since coming to Christ, my friendships and relationships have only gotten stronger.
