Join my friends and I where we talk about how time and time again Black Women feel like no one, not even men in our own community advocate or fight for us. We highlight the importance of finding your sistas and people in your life that you can fall back on. There is this constant rhetoric the black women are superheroes,  constantly strong, and nothing can get to us, but we are telling you it's important to find people to fall back on. More importantly focus on you, figure out who you are and don't let society make you believe you have to settle. We touch on how mental health in our community is so taboo, feminism, misogynoir and colorism, tune in and experience how the world treats us.
