We discuss the effects of COVID-19 on people's mental health, social media, mental health in the Black community, therapy, and perceptions put on Black Women that affect our mental health. We are living in such difficult and complicates times, where we are often surrounded by fake news. Read your college newspaper, stay up to date on what is happening around the world.
