Michael Consani is from Portland, Oregon, and coming from a family that has a hand in the weed business, he has also taken his studies deep into human behavior, how the brain works, and I came to learn that his passion is for helping people be their truest healthiest self, and even though his angle and approach to the help is from the world of medicine, we had so much talk about, including nutrition, ketogenic diets, elimination diets, the psychology of change, social stigmas, and how to be true to yourself.

Enjoy!!!
