If you're like us - you've got loads of videos, pictures, documents, and random little files on your devices; be it phone, laptop, tablets etc. Getting rid of all of the unnecessary stuff is so satisfying. The digital spring clean is such a cathartic process.

In a deeper sense, we also need to take stock of the mental clutter that comes along with our very intense day-to-day lives; whether that requires using Alysia's Bullet Journal style or my calendar-management that ensures you have the time to rest.

In this episode we also talked about how coronavirus is taking shape, and how governments and businesses are reacting and trying to keep everything moving without riots or a second wave of the pandemic!
