Most of us want to be resilient. We want to bounce back when life knocks us down. But some of the ways people talk about resilience -- as a kind of toughness -- may not work for us.

So how do we increase our ability to be resilient? In this episode, I offer four ways to practice being more flexible, adaptable and resilient -- no toughness required. Instead, we lean into new possibilities and connections, take small steps, and stop negative self-talk from stealing our success.
