On today’s Real estate Finder podcast, Staci Garcia asks, “My rental client used me and abused me and then said they found another property with someone else. But they signed the Buyer/Tenant Broker Agreement (twice, once for each Contract to Lease), so what can I do?”
I’d like to make them “feel the pain” as one of my favorite clients likes to say. Especially in this situation because these rental clients knew I have a child with cancer and I was extremely tight for time. I was definitely making a special effort for them and they knew it.
What are my options?
