Textbook police corruption in a small town, does any of this sound new? Oakville, Kentucky was home to the New Life Massage Parlor but of course it was really a brothel. Two prostitutes were murdered and all signs point to the police department. Next we discuss the case of a teenager spending the night at another teenager's house.
