This ep is about integrity. Recruiters sometimes have a bad reputation in this regard and I can't emphasise enough how important integrity is to becoming a successful recruiter.
Keep in mind that people don't judge you on your best moments, they judge you on your worst. So you've got to show up and deliver your best for clients and not just when everything is going well.
Building strong client relationships is about trust and failing to deliver on replacement candidates or other matters of integrity will damage your relationship.
