One of the 6 fundamentals that we focus on at OnAscent is incorporating meaningful work and joyful play into your routine. I will admit, this has been a very challenging fundamental for me to master. I struggle to just let go and have fun. No worries, no distractions, not a care in the world at that time. Just let loose and go for it.
