This episode was a very fascinating one for me. Valentine Thomas joins the show and we explore her world of free diving. It's awesome to hear how her decision to leave the "safe" career for something wild like spearfishing actually was part of her finding peace. She tells us what it really means to free dive, and how they spearfish. She also shares two crazy stories one about her blacking out underwater, and another about her massive marlin catch!
