From the experiences I have collected over the past years in running my own Virtual Assistant Agency, I want to share with my listeners what a Virtual Assistant is and the benefits and advantages of securing one in today’s digital era.

What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant is an independent service provider who caters mostly to administrative tasks without having to be in a client’s office. They are mostly operating at the comforts of their homes but can still efficiently access the necessary documents, plan calendars, and be involved in planning and strategy-making remotely.

Virtual Assistants are frequently tagged and misunderstood to be just online secretaries for business owners who are in their beck and call at all times. However, Virtual Assistants are more than that, for most of the VAs, they are equipped with several years of experience from various fields in the industry, be it in social media management, blog post writing, graphic design, content management, and digital marketing. Virtual assistants do not just do what you want, they are actually trained to deliver assistance to whatever your needs so you can reach your corporate goals!

How can a Virtual Assistant help in your growing business?

Lowers your overhead costs - Since VAs are basically self-employed and operate remotely, business owners need not pay for the utility and other miscellaneous expenses that are required such as internet connection, devices, and other office-related supplies.
