Then we get into the good stuff-- navigating life changes can be hard & sometimes when you feel like your life isn't going in a positive direction, small steps to change different areas of your life, GRADUALLY, is what will make a difference.

Francy tells us about how he navigated all the noise/opinions around him while. From being unemployed for months to eventually landing his dream job and ultimately transforming other areas of his life as well.

Plus, we get into a wellllll needed debate about the extent to which partners should discuss past traumas, relationships and issues they've had with their current partner. What matters to one may not matter to the other, but that is why it is important to communicate these things. The boys give their opinion on it!
